Our MD, Keith Conway is an ex-consulting Partner and an ex-FTSE100 Director. Keith has extensive knowledge of consulting and also deep knowledge of Financial Services as well as other industries such as Energy and Utilities, Telecommunications and Public Sector

 Supporting Keith is a highly experienced team with backgrounds ranging from tier one consultancies and industry as well as recruitment. We also have Emma Farnan who was awarded ‘The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers: University Manager of the Year 2008’ heading up our graduate coaching programme.
