A 5 step process including focus, the perfect CV, the perfect interview, support in choosing the right job and salary negotiation and then finally support in your first month in your dream job.

Step 1: FOCUS

In this first face to face 1 hour session, we identify and achieve the following:

 •    What are your skills, capabilities and experiences?
•    In which direction do you want to take your career?
•    What are your goals?
•    What options are available to you?
•    What is the best approach to achieve your goals?
•    Does your CV reflect this?

We will then re-write your CV to reflect this. This is your core CV.


Step 2: The Perfect CV

In this second face to face 1 hour session, we identify and achieve the following:

•    Do we agree the base CV reflects your value, capability and potential?
•    Agree on a marketing campaign
•    Identify appropriate Headhunters and networks
•    Tailor your CV according to the audience
•    Get your CV in front of the right people in the right company

Step 3: The Perfect Interview

In this third face to face 1 hour session, we will take you through how to prepare and give the perfect interview. This will also include practicing your interview technique in practice interviews.


These three steps will be iterated according to individual needs.

Step 4: Support

You have been given one or more offers. Which do you chose? We can help not just in how you chose but also support you in your negotiation of the contract and endeavour to get you the best possible salary.

Step 5: Your First Month

We will be there for you in your first month. This is a critical time and there is significant value in having a support structure around you. We have had great success in this period to ensure your value is reflected in your new job.
