Senior Management Consultants - Financial Services
We are currently recruiting for Senior Management Consultants with excellent Financial Services experience. My client is one of the top consulting firms in the country who have recently won a considerable amount of work within banking, capital markets and Insurance. Based in London, this is an ideal opportunity for an ex-Big 4 consultant looking to gain a better work/life balance as the majority of client work is London based. We are recruiting at the equivalent of Senior Manager and Director Grade and must have experience of most of the following:
Operating Experience:• Business case and strategy development • Target operating model design • Programme and project management • Performance improvement • Business process redesign • Cost reduction • Outsourcing, shared services etc. • Implementation management and execution of business change. Subject matter expertise: • Regulatory change and compliance • Risk • Cards and payments • Capital markets • Insurance • Banking, including retail and investment banking • City infrastructure/ regulators/ exchanges. Consulting skills: • Help design, deliver and lead large scale and complex projects • Work within mixed consulting and client teams, planning, managing and delivering work • Successfully lead a team • Develop strategic client relationships, working at the senior levels on high profile work to tight timescales • Develop services and propositions • Responsible for quality, profit and project planning • Exposure to sales in a consulting environment, ideally contributing to and supporting sales activity. All candidates must have a 2.1 or First Class Honours degree from a respected University and have the right to live and work in the UK.
