6.1 Conway Consulting uses the cloud hosting services of Nasstar, which provides end to end encryption services from the client to the server to ensure that company data is secure and protected in the UK.

7.1 Conway Consulting retains all data which has been provided through consent by the data subject until a request by the subject has been made for the data to be removed. We hold this data on the basis of legitimate interest.
7.2 Additionally, we actively review our records on a regular basis to ensure that the data held is accurate and up to date.

8.1 Conway Consulting does not hold any data on any person under the age of 18.
